Noreen hails from Port Coquitlam and has been playing the pipes for a dozen years.

Her inspiration to take up the pipes came from a love for the sound of the pipes, a Scottish ancestry, and an older neighbour who decided to tackle the instrument. Since then, Noreen has been instructed by former SFU piper Rorri McBlane. Noreen has been playing with the Port Coquitlam Legion Pipe Band for the past 12 years and joined the RCMP E. Division Pipe Band in 2012
